Project in Cologne: Two Loft Doors – Swing Door with FIX & Transom plus Sliding Door to the Kitchen – Form a Perfectly Coordinated Design Ensemble with Style and Transparency.
In a modern single-family house in Cologne, two harmoniously coordinated loft solutions were realized: a loft swing door with a side panel (FIX) and transom as access to the living room, and an adjacent single-leaf sliding door to the kitchen. Both systems are based on black steel (RAL 9005), transparent clear glass, and the straight-lined Polo5 muntin design. The minimalist Levem handle functionally completes the ensemble. This combination creates open sightlines, light guidance, and visual clarity in a well-thought-out living concept.
